Charming gîte rentals: La Clef Decamp opens a new agency

The company “La Clef Decamp,” specializing in charming gîte rentals, has opened an agency in Villedieu-les-Poêles.

Two four-star rural gîtes have just opened at 27 and 29 rue du Pont-Chignon. They are run by Jennifer Decamp and her partner, Sébastien Cordon, and are called La Villa de Malte. “It is the house of Jean-Yves Guillou, a former county councillor who recently passed away. His children did not want to sell it and have rented it to us so that we can keep it alive by establishing rural gîtes. We have furnished it in a cosy-chic style while trying to preserve its authenticity,” explain the managers.

The estate consists of a main house accommodating thirteen guests and an annex for six. It features a large garden with a 45 m² terrace.

And also Villa Dei.

This environment will soon be complemented by a small bridge over the Sienne. Originally from Amiens in the Somme, Jennifer Decamp was an equestrian press journalist before turning to the hospitality sector. “All my gîtes are rated four stars. I have properties in Picardy, Granville near the Dior Museum, La Baule (Loire-Atlantique), and Valognes.”

In Villedieu, in addition to the two new gîtes on rue du Pont-Chignon, she also created Villa Dei, in the former home of Dr Delassus at 12 rue Carnot. The residence on rue du Pont-Chignon will welcome its first guests from Friday 28 to Sunday 30 June.
